I finished a course but now I can't find it on the "Certificates" page. The system is designed to help you keep your certificates separated by license periods. If your license is current, course completions are kept in the folder named "Certificates". When the license you had when you completed a course expires, at midnight the system moves that course completion to the "Archive" folder. If your license is expired when you complete a course, the next day you'll find that course completion moved to the Archives folder (Certificates>Archives). You can still print the course completion cerficiate, the system has just moved the course to a new folder. Frequently Asked Questions
