I've started a video course, but it stops.

Streaming media courses do not transfer well over a dial-up modem.  Other problems can be caused by software or other settings on your computer (for example, virus blocking software settings).  Ensure you have a good Internet connection, and disable any blocking software prior to launching video courses.

Sometimes, connection problems between our network center and your computer will stop or hinder stremaing media.  For example, firewalls or router settings may prevent streming media.  Check with your network administrator to see if streaming media has been blocked from your network.
