Our department purchased a group account but CE3000 asks for credit card information when I try to take a course. What should I do?

If your department purchased a group account and you received a group ID number, you must enter that number when you first register or you must update your student information (myProfile) and enter the group ID number (Membership) to access your group.  If you still have this problem, contact your group manager to ensure you have been added to the group and have a subscription assigned to your account.
