I keep getting a 404 error message when I try to take a course test or advance to the next question.  What should I do?

For security purposes, the system is designed to automatically time-out after several minutes of inactivity on any screen. To resume a course or test that has timed out, close your browser and log in again to CE3000. You should also make sure you remain connected to the Internet and CE3000 during each test session.
